GOOD FOOD BOX PROGRAM
The Good Food Box is a large grocery bag of fresh produce and eggs available every week. Boxes contain a balanced variety of fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, root vegetables, leafy greens and eggs. By working with and purchasing from over two dozen Comox Valley farms, LUSH Valley is able to source a wide variety of high-quality in-season produce for Good Food Boxes.
There are 4 streams of the Good Food Box program:

Available to households experiencing financial barriers - The No-Cost Good Food Box
Available primarily through community partner organizations - Good Food Box Subscription

Community Good Food Box
Community Boxes can be ordered by anyone at any time through our online store. There is no commitment required.
Ordering a Community Box allows you to enjoy a variety of local fruits and vegetables at a good value, help strengthen our local food economy and support local farmers.

Subsidized Good Food Box
Subsidized Good Food Boxes are available to households experiencing financial barriers to meeting their food needs.

No-Cost GOOD FOOD BOX
No-Cost Good Food Boxes are available through LUSH Valley’s community partner organizations:

Good Food Box Autumn Subscription
Autumn Subscriptions to the Good Food Box are available on our online store!
The 10-week subscription includes one regular-sized Good Food Box every week from September 7 through November 9. Pick-up is available on Thursdays from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM at 2342 Rosewall Crescent in Courtenay.
