SERVICE AGENCY DISTRIBUTION
Thank-you for your courage and kindness in supporting our efforts to ensure food security for all folks in the Comox Valley.
While we are gathering the resources to start a delivery program we are asking agencies to do the following:
- Choose one point person from your agency to fill out the form below.
- Let us know if you have the ability to safely distribute food and/or grocery gift cards to your clients, and how many people you are able to serve.
- Direct your clients to fill out the Need Food form on the previous page or support them by helping them to fill out the form.
